The protocol lets an organisation issue bounded authority to an agent. When that agent acts, the receiving side can verify who delegated the authority, what the agent is allowed to do, and whether the action falls within scope.
We do not launch this as an open standard and wait. We build each network around an operator whose counterparties already transact with them, design the deployment together, and bring their ecosystem in with them. The protocol is in private design phase, and we work with a small number of operators at a time.
